There is no upfront cost required to enroll in IlumniPath; we only get paid when you do. The program is based on an income share agreement (ISA).
The way it works is only after you get hired, you pay back 10% of one year's income as you earn it. As part of the agreement, you don't pay anything, even from your current job or income, until you get paid from your new job first.
On average, program participants see an overall 10%+ improvement in salary, interview scores, and success rate on applications which means the program pays for itself.

An ISA is an income share agreement. We offer income share agreements as an alternative to upfront program payment in order to make IlumniPath accessible to all and align incentives.

Income share agreements are used by organizations from top universities like Purdue University to other mission-driven startups like Lambda School.
