What We Believe In

Matching the Right Talent with the Right Organization and Role

Motivated and talented people are essential for an organization to achieve its goals and maximize its impact. By matching the right talent with the right organizations and roles, we help drive education reform forward.

Equity in Education

Every child should have access to an excellent and equitable education that is worthy of their promise and that equips them to unlock the potential within. Children deserve the opportunity to succeed, regardless of circumstances.

Harnessing the Power of Technology and Data

By centralizing jobseekers on a common platform and gathering detailed information, we make the hiring process faster, easier, less expensive, and more effective through the power of our algorithms combined with our deep sector expertise.

Work can, and should, be purposeful, fulfilling, and rewarding

Too many people settle for a mediocre job. We believe that people should believe in the purpose behind their work, find it meaningful and enjoyable, and be fairly compensated.

Every individual is uniquely gifted

Every individual, without exception, is uniquely gifted and able to contribute value to society.

A Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion

Research shows that strong teams are diverse, equitable and inclusive; this is especially important in the education sector given the diversity of the students, families, and communities that we serve.

The WorkMonger Story

Matching the right opportunity with the right person in the education sector can be challenging. Similarly, finding a meaningful job in education can be difficult. While technology has made it easier for JobSeekers and Employers to connect, information overload presents a new problem. Too many options, too many resumes, and too much information can make the process overwhelming.

By harnessing the power of data and technology, we created WorkMonger to break down the barriers that separate great organizations and great people. WorkMonger makes it easier, faster, and less expensive to find that perfect match.
